So I've been playing DH since RoS launch and was accustomed to rolling pure fire damage on everything, I re rolled to a crusader recently, playing a lightning damage FOH(fissure) spec, and ran into a dilemma.
I found this 680 str 10% crit chance 5% att speed neck, and was trying to reroll the last stat to 20% lightning damage, (my current neck had lightning damage), but in the process, rolled 90% crit hit damage. I went to the field to test out some crits and was noticibly hitting harder with the crit hit damage neck over my 20% lightning damage neck, so he question is.
Is it ok to forsake the 20% lightning damage on the neck for the chd? Will the lightning damage scale harder once I get like, schaefers hammer and thundergods vigor? Or should I be trying to roll chd AND lightning damage?

Fissure % x Elemental % x Skill% without 20% from ammy =
Find those two out, then figure out what they'd crit for and how often by checking those stats with adn without the ammy. It's simple math.
