In the "Crafting Sanctuary" panel, they showed a few sets and some weapons.
I was surprised when these images were not posted in the original thread about this panel so i had to post them up for the people who missed them.
Personally, i think these sets are fucking amazing. Im crazy about the top left barb one... oh and the top middle WD one is fucking crazy.
Anyway, Diablo is all about the loot and it seems that Blizzard are well aware of the fact that geeks like me go absolutely nuts about the new shining armor that drops once you kill that big ass boss for the first time.
So what do you guys think of those?
I just took the pictures from a video on youtube and i couldnt find a better quality one. So, have fun
Oh yeah! I would totally dye a leather cap with a rare green color. Even if it sucked stat wise, it would look like i got a shako
Would probably look cool on a Wizard.
Oh and i feel bad for the Monk. They didnt show us any sets for him, except for the one the female Monk was wearing during the b-roll gameplay session.
This was probably my favorite part of the panel (alongside Bastion's Keep, which I'm extremely excited for). Seeing those axes pretty much made me want to play a barb as my first character. What I thought was particularly awesome was that the ram-like barb armor (which they showed as the preview for the male barb) is the same set as that wizard armor, but the icons and actual armor both change looks completely. The moving WD armor gave me goosebumps. Great stuff.
I still don't understand armor. So, are the armor sets based on level (as in they become more fancy, but no matter what you're wearing, they show up as the same armor as the level you're at), or does armor show up as it is in the inventory?
Still pretty confused. Actually, very confused. Can someone please elaborate on this?

I hate the way you cling to ignorance and pass it off as innocence

Where did you get that idea? All I heard was that the armor sets will look different for each character. So if a WD gives his tier 2 armor to a barb, it will look different on him. Otherwise all characters of the same level would look the same (apart from dies). There could be no special looks for unique armors etc.

The armor shows up in the inventory differently for each class, and the way it looks on your character will be similar to how it looks in the inventory. the armor sets have 18 levels so you would probably be required to get to a high level so you you can be able to use a high tier armor.

I"m somehow dispointed =/
I think if each armor will have a different look for each class it will it's personality. Maybe i will get used to it. About the armors...
I LOVED all the witch doctor's ones. That one from the middle.. seriously...
I kinda liked the barbarian's too. And the wizard's... Rofl i loved then all XD
The moving medusa mask for the WD got me thinking about a fur armor for the barb that moves as its bown by the wind... I mean if it would have alot of different pieces and straps of fur that dangled around... That would be cool.

Okay, that's what I wanted to know.
