Good mourning community, i want to report major lag issues while i play the game, as a matter of fact i speak for all my community members, im from Guatemala city, Central America, and we all are experiencing ping peaks from 300 to 1500ms high, which makes the game completly unplayable, we contact our different ISP providers, and look for some logical rasons, the tech people at the ISP providers measure latency, and atenuation in the signal, and everything works perfectly, we also state that we play Heroes of the Storm, where there are no problems at all, we made port forwarding according to the guide in the battle.net technical support section and nothing..... we are experiencing this problem specially at noon from 6pm until 11pm at night, after that the ping goes a little bit lower from 180 to 230 ms, which still its a bit high to an avergare player, we all have 5mbps and 10 mbps bandwith, we uninstal all software possible related with anti virus, spam, malware etc, we alse deactivate the windows firewall and the windows Defender and still nothing. we also made ping to battle.net looking for packet loss and everything seems ok.
Besides we play like 20 different games and dont have latency issues, this issue has started since this monday and until yesterday is still a problem. we are aproximadatly 40 people in the country registered in our community in RC and everyone has the very same trouble, there are 3 major ISP providers here at guatemala and the problem seems to be general. we´ve never experience anything like this... people its getting dissapointing and they are starting to quit playing D3 cause of this, instead they´re playing HoTS .
i hope you could help us here... aparently we are in a limbo zone.... awful to say..
