I've been thinking about this a little today. With the game installation being unlocked on May 14th and the EU release I'm sure that tons upon tons of spoilers are going to be up everywhere. Now, in the US in the central time zone so i have to wait until 2am on May 15 to play D3. I don't know if I'm going to be able to resist the spoilers until i get the game!
What do you guys and gals think, will you be looking at all the spoilers to arise or do you want to wait and reveal what happens when you actually play the game for yourself?
I for one am going to try to keep off this site and others once the 14th hits, marathon my way through normal mode, then be back to talk about all the awesome stuff that happened!

Thats what I've been doing up until now! But i really want that first play through to be exciting and epic, and I really want to be surprised.
I won't be spoiling anything. I'm amazed at how little has leaked out so far and I want to have a whole new experience leveling up. I cannot wait to walk into every boss fight blind, having no idea what is coming my way.
Well Currently my plan for May 14
6:00am EST Wake up do normal stuff work out get ready for work...
9:00am Go to work
5:00pm Get Home From Work Install game and patch it then take a nap (hopefully)
11:30pm grab a bite to eat head to the local gameshop and wait for midnight release
12:15 return home punch in CE code and go take more nap
3:00am Log in and play as much as I can till i have to go back to work...
So No time for web surfing and the such, so no worries of spoilers
I'll be avoiding all Diablo 3 related sites from the morning of May 14th until I complete normal difficulty...which I'm guessing should take a day or two.
Like Siaer said, after waiting this long for Diablo 3, I don't want anything to be spoiled because I want each zone and each encounter to blow my mind with excitement!
I did not wait this long just to spoil it for myself. I won't be touching the internet on sunday/monday whatever until I have beaten the game. Then I will be all up in that item database!
As difficult as it may be, you may want to try and avoid Diablo forums and even general forums once the spoilers get widespread. In the past for big releases, there's always some ninnyhammer(s) that post the spoilers as topic titles, or randomly post them in topics.
I just hope all those datamined 'theories' turn out to be true, seen a lot of people on another forum dismissing all of that data as hogwash. (As if someone on the D3 team took the time to fake all of that data, although anything's possible I suppose.)

Non nobis, Domine, non nobis sed nomini tuo da gloriam.
I'll be checking the item list. We've all been waiting sooooo long to see exactly what we're hunting for, and with the complete list I'll be like a kid on Christmas. This will obviously be on the 15th ( I'm an Aussie, for Americans I think you're 17 hours behind us? ) and on the 16th, when the servers are up and running I'll be starting my DH ( I shall call he Dephiler, because my tag is prophiler :| )
