I search everywhere to find the answer, but they said generally not specific.
Is it going to scaled due to players levels? or just enemy's power doubles / triples or... with respect to number of players?
From what I have read i believe enemy health will increase with increase in player within room. I don't think mobs will be larger nor will they do more damage, but the health increase I am sure of. They also be more aggressive, but don't quote me on anything except for the first sentence unless you're correcting me that is.
I don't know, but in recent videos I watched, I felt players were taking a lot more damage from elite mobs when in a party (that they weren't when playing by themselves - in that case they would take nearly no damage at all tbh).
Another thing I've noticed, monster HP seems to be random. I wonder if monster stats have a min-max aspect to them, but I'd assume they do. I've seen clones of the same variation of skeleton, but one with 47 HP, the other with 49 HP, then one with 42 HP.
I'm pretty sure HP won't be the only thing increased in coop (on release), just wouldn't make sense.
The difficulty was perfect when playing 2 players....when 1 person was sitting in town.
It actually was a lot of fun. You can get 2 spells off per monster, there was a point to snaring, elites could hurt you.
After the second player came out it seemed even easier than single player. We usually split up to clear twice as fast since going together meant half of the time our skills would just fly into the abyss.

Are you talking about the current beta version? (or even release version)
Cause I'm pretty sure that if 1 player is fighting minions in a dungeon and another player is at Tristram, the monsters don't get the improved stats, only when the party is somewhat close to each other (like 40-50 yards or something). At least I remember seeing players in streams fighting monsters with reduced HP when their party was lagging behind.
I could be wrong though, we have to ask a beta tester to check it.
I think few months ago some guy on incgamers tried to find out how mathematically the monster HP changes and AFAIK its 75% HP increase per player in game on Skeleton King, not sure if its different on Zombies etc. but probably not.

Interesting. All agree about HP rises and in somewhat around 75% per player. Anyone know about damage of enemies?
I've been wondering the same thing as the OP. We all know that the health will increase, but by how much?
I remember reading a blue post a while back that said a player wouldn't last long in inferno if they got separated from the group (e.g., one player went into a side room by theirself). This suggests to me that the mobs also do more damge when grouping.
Does anyone know if there was ever a comment if a /players 8-like feature will be in Diablo 3? Like in Diablo 2 when you was playing solo but wanted more challenge and xp you could write /players 8 to increase game difficulty. I hope we will see something like this!
Would make for some cool achievements aswell For example: Kill XX on /players 4 on Hell difficulty.
I love this idea. The only issue is that loot isn't shared in D3 like it was in D2. Bliz would have to increase your individual MF/GF while in that mode in order to make it worth while.
I hope that they implement the idea though. It sure would be fun to give /players 4 inferno a try

More info would be nice.
