Why elemental exposure passive? You are only using one element.
Scorch is generally not that good especially not when paired with spectral blades since the latter is a melee range skill and scorch is actually a high range skill when utilized correctly i.e trying to aim the explosions to actually hit the mob packs and not just the fire trail.
I don't see why anyone would use ignite on magic weapon other than some sort of a build (tal set or ee passive) that you want to have fire damage too without having to pick an actual fire spender.
I guess you are trying to go for high damage over time. Might actually work but i doubt it would be any effecient as the more common wof heat wave build which also synergizes a lot better with spectral blades due to your distance from mobs being short already while using wof.
