I'd get a cheap pair of zuni boots and spend a good amount on a better weapon. Something like 1100+ dps black wand with OS and LS, which should only run 10-40 mil, depending on how high dps you go for. You might be able to get something with vit without paying much more. For the zuni boots just look for something with high int and high vit, preferably with 8% poison, but I wouldn't spend more than a few million on it for now. Physical resist is a bonus since it helps against RD.
You have NO allres except for the Zuni Pox. How can you even survive? Get some items with allres. Once your survivability is better and you get close to 300k EHP (see Diabloprogress to check your EHP value) you might even be able to get rid of the life steal on your weapon (and use life after kill or just Blood Magic). Besides, why are you using Conduit rune? It somehow doesn't make sense, get Blood Magic or Force Weapon.
Good spots to get allres from are pants, shoulder, bracers; but also jewelry, chest or helmet to some extent (for example, you can get a Tal chest like yours with a very low vit value that has allres on it). Once your EHP is a bit higher you can start working on your DPS; but right now it seems that any DPS increase wouldn't mean you could go on higher MP levels, because you would die instantly. Pants, chest, rare ring and all gems (!) are the items I'd upgrade first if I were you.
Managed to get a hold of a few upgrades, and I didn't know I was using Conduit :\ lol. Now I am able to survive a lot more, especially vs reflect. Thanks for your guys' help!
Looks pretty good. Now you'll probably want to start raising EHP as you raise your dps, if you plan to push the MP higher. That's where it starts to get very expensive. Some better crafted shoulders (similar stats but with AR) and bracers (higher int+AR, though getting that much vit will be hard) will help quite a bit.
If you're fine with keeping to MP1-3 then extra resistances won't be as necessary, though more resists never hurts.
