Crit chance imo, your pets should be tanking for you.
Pets scale with defensive stats, so if you have no defenses they go down pretty quick. Which is the primary reason MoJ and T&T exist: massive pet DPS multipliers to make up for the fact that you might actually need (OMG) a defensive roll in place of an offensive.
I think it is a given that NO defensive stats is a bad thing. I think as a general rule, unless you or your fetishes are dying quickly, you should pick damage. This is just my perspective from rolling crit on my MoJ and having no problems with pets dying in T6 and higher.

I occasionally lose pets to severe damage spam, but yes overall the 90+% DR they get is enough to make minimal defensive investment possible. But the raw multipliers available to a pet build (Jeram, Taskers) means you can easily splash extra defense as needed without significantly gimping total damage output.
MoJ should have crit but Crit, Vit, Int, Socket is what will give you the overall best stats.
