obviously if mana is an issue @ 60 i will most likely switch fetishs for attun or VQ
i figured even if it is only a 3% chance, fetish would work because of the spamming of corpse spiders
Added slow + Int up instead of haunt
Changed passive to +Int moar +mana
Don't seem to need mana for this build and passive should suffice
Can't say how well this will do on higher difficulties but it seems fun to play and strong as long as you know when to sacrifice.
Haunt damage is low dot and the healing rune seems pitiful compared to the damage you might take in higher difficulties, but who knows for sure.
Though I had to remake it because my old build had errors in it. Using haunt rune to summon an AoE minion so I can spam it as its my only attack (and only use of mana so I want it to be spammable). Unless you can only have 1 active at a time... that would change things. Using health globe dropping zombie dogs with Gruesome feast passive will stack my int up quite a bit if I can space out the health gloves. If soul harvest becomes bad after massive gear since it doesnt scale at all I would swap it for a single target ability.

This is what i consider a great summoner/sac build. Notice all the dog producing abilities. This build is designed to get a lot of dogs so you can sac more often. every time you get 3-4 dogs sac them. Then rebuild your dog pop back up to 4 again.
The +20% damage from pierce the veil is multiplicative. which means it scales best with high damage spells. That means that each dog sacrificed does 330% weapon damage as AOE. Since you can have up to 4 dogs out at once, thats 1,320% weapon damage as AOE total. Thats big damage broseph
The stuns synergy betweem poison dart and gargantuan is nice as well. Dart is your single damage and sac is your AOE. Dogs with leaching beasts not only tank but also heal you for added survivability on top of the gargantuan tanking. You'll definitely get a nice trickle of dogs being produced and when times get tough pop boogie man for 50% dog resurrect rate. This is a very low mana build which is another reason why Pierce the Veil is perfect for this build as well..

This is the one I developed like 2 months ago in this topic http://www.diablofans.com/topic/37315-zombie-suicide-dog-build/page__p__800102#entry800102
