Experienced? Hardly! But I was in the same position --- changing from an LoH to high crit spec. If you're on a budget, focus on getting that DPS to 20k+, even if it reduces the HP down to the mid-20s (my personal rule-of-thumb, get HP and DPS to be equal --- lol). I focused on getting my crit chance to 25-30%, my crit damage to 200%, and my two weapons to 800DPS each. You can find rings, amulets, bracers, gloves and helms with crit chance. In my experience, if you take 1 to 1-1/2 points off the top crit chance max for each item, the prices go down significantly. So a ring with 3.5 rather than 4.5 crit chance. The weapons are prohibitively expensive 10+ million gold. Sometimes there's a bargain if you don't expect the crit damage as part of the stats, but rather use the gem slot for that. I actually went back to a lower DPS off-hand weapon because it had an 850 LoH --- I don't know how people run without any LoH, I'm sure they can ... I just get frightened by it. Remember, you'll be selling your existing gear, so that might expand your budget. I'm saving up now to one-by-one replace each item with better ones (more LoH, more crit chance, etc.)
