Hey guys, today I want to start the Monk Tempest Rush solo progression series from T1 to T6, acquiring pieces of Inna's and Sunwuko's along the way. I'll be using the concept of a slow 2-hander, Electric Field for damage spread, and as high ranked Efficacious Toxin and Pain Enhancer gems as possible for easy entry into Torment difficulties. Gear dependency is pretty light starting out, so most players can jump right in. Enjoy and be on the lookout for T2!
Hey guys, today we move to T2 in the Monk solo T1-T6 Season 2 progression series. The build remains unchanged so check out the T1 video for an explanation of the concept if you haven't. However, there is a significant gear change - by now you'll have a lot more legendaries, better rolls, more mats to reroll previously acquired items, and higher ranks on your Efficacious Toxin/Pain Enhancer gems. In addition, I also add in a third gem - Bane of the Powerful, which is perfect at rank 1 for early Torment progression. Enjoy and be on the lookout for T3!
Hey guys, today we move to T3 in the Monk solo T1-T6 Season 2 progression series. The build remains unchanged so check out the T1 video for an explanation of the concept if you haven't. This is a shorter video where I mainly go over the gear changes and legendary gem ranks. I'm still not using a Ring of Royal Grandeur - that's coming in T4. Enjoy!
Do you have an idea of the gear and set you will be using? +% lightning damge, defensive gear, etc ?
As the progression continues, it will be Inna's + Sunwuko sets with RoRG. +Lightning damage is ok, you could also go +physical for higher Pain Enhancer damage. It doesn't matter much for progression purposes. You'll see in T6 I go a bit more defensively, but only until I get the right gear and legendary gem ranks to go back to speed/offensive. This will - eventually - be one of the fastest T6 speed farm builds, but as any successful build it will require some solid gear (ideally an Ancient Furnace).
i tried your build and im able to run a rift in T6 under 8-9min,
i dont have a Furnace but i have a pretty decent 2H. Im also running with Mr. Yan pants and i can easily hit 1.5m on the character sheet with over 15m toughness so it's pretty good for a build that i think i dont have all the required gear

Yup, low cost of entry. Your gems do most of the work and Hexing pants go a long way. I'd say they're mandatory for any TR build in the longer term, not just because of the damage but the lower requirement for spirit gen.
Hey guys, today we move to T4 in the Monk solo T1-T6 Season 2 progression series. This is the last stop before you need at least the full Sunwuko set. To that end, I farmed up a Ring of Royal Grandeur and managed to complete both the Inna's and Sunwuko sets. I also got some more spirit regen on my helm, allowing me to drop Air Ally for Fire Ally. The result is a huge damage boost, allowing for easy access to T4 along with higher tiers of greater rifts for gem upgrades. Enjoy and be on the lookout for T5!
Hey guys, today we move to T5 in the Monk solo T1-T6 Season 2 progression series. There's a significant bump between T4 and T5, so you can expect to spend a bit of time grinding both damage and toughness to have some degree of efficiency. In order to push progression with this build to the limit, you'll need to take evasive action more often. In T6, you'll see a slight change in the build in order to allow for earlier entry at the expense of some mobility. Enjoy and be on the lookout for the T6 conclusion!
Hey guys, today we finish up the progression series with the 'entry level' T6 version of the build. Going from T5 you'll need to spend some more time grinding gear and ranking up your legendary gems to 25+ (Pain Enhancer, Efficacious Toxin, and Bane of the Powerful), but the payoff is worth it. Additionally, the initial version of this build demands a drop in mobility for more survivability and sheet dps. Enjoy and be on the lookout for both a 'mid range gear' version along with a speed farm version!
