I have experience this build really early in Reaper of soul release and always thought it would become powerfull. Unfortunnatelly, this build is not efficient, but only funny and unique. Basically, the build is all arround the Death's Bargain pants. Lets see what the gameplay looks like :
Smoke Screen , Healing Vapors:
This is the main skill that will do damage. Lets do an example, I have 2,000,000 Life and the skill make you regen 15% of it in 1 seconde. This is 300,000 Life per seconde. Lets say you already have 100,000 Life per seconde. The pants can do up to 1000% of your life regen as physical damge. That would be 10 X 400,000 = 4,000,000 physical damage per seconde.
Marked for Death, Valley of Death:
This will make you increase your damage by a flat amount of 12%. Cast it under your feet, because the radius is 12 yards and your pants skill is 16 yards.
Preparation, Battle Scars:
This serve as a discipline refiler, but also a life refiler (Gain 40% life)
Companion, Boar Companion:
A must have for this build, It gives you more life regen and more resistance. But the Active effect also allows you to taunt all ennemies at your pet.
Sentry, Aid Station:
This turret make you heal for 1% of your maximum life per seconde. Its pretty usefull since the build have a lot of life, but this effect doesnt count as Life per seconde.
Bolas, Bitter Pill:
This give you the chance to regen 2 disciplines per cast.
Passives:
Blood Vengeance:
Allows you to regen discipline whn picking health globe.
Brooding:
This is quite the passive that make the build. Being stationary make you regen for 1.5% Life per seconde, stacking up to 4.5%. This passives will generate a lot of Life per seconde if you have a big pool of life.
Perfectionist:
Reduce discipline cost and give you more life and resistance.
Ambush:
Making more damage to ennemies above 75% health
