I mainly play wizard. Found this in 2.0, but the damage went up quite a bit after 2.1.

Would this be good for any specific crusader builds?

Sadly no, crusader weapons are too important. Nice damage though.

Crazy dmg, but since it doesn't have any legendary effects I am not sure if it is useful or not. Something like a maximus or a crusader wep might be better. Don't really play crusader so can't say for sure.

With the chance of frezze and the IAS you should try a sleet storm build. A diamond could be socketed there
