Trying to find the name of an item for call of the ancients

There is an item I saw...somewhere. I don't know what slot it is and I don't know it's name. It causes all of the ancients from call of the ancients to share each other's abilities so each one can use all 6 abilities. I'm not talking about the immortal king's set bonus. This is something else.

Anyone know the name of what I'm talking about?

I don't think it exist. can you remember what item slot it was? Beta?
