I know it's been listed, but I can't seem to find it: where can I get 10%+ movement speed on gear other than boots without sacrificing too many Barbarian stats and without paying more than, let's say, 20 million?
Lacuni prowlers (bracers) give +12% - can be good for barb, but quite expensive.
Inna's Temperence (pants) give +12% - dex item, random roll can be str, also got attack speed and critchance on them.
Tyrael's might (chest) give +12 - can be very good with around 200str +3 sockets, increased damage to demons and up to 80 allres. Very expensive aswell.
There are some more, but I cant remember the names right now. In general all items other than boots with movespeed are legendary and therefore expensive unless they got crap rolls on them.
Also, movespeed from items is capped at +25% so dont get more than 2 items with movespeed on them unless you want other stats from an item.
Thanks, guys. The suggestions were very helpful. In looking at my gear, it seems Tyrael's Might is the only viable option. Replacing the bracers or pants, even if I'm prepared to totally give up MF, would represent a significant downgrade of all other stats (unless I sudddenly came into about 1.2 billion gold). Tyrael, at least, replaces a chest of only slightly above average value. Now, at 75 million gold, that should take me about two months, or about as long as it would take to paragon level enough to replace the MF. God give me strength!!!
Lacuni is the only cheap option that gives up minimum stats. If you don't have 10s of millions to spend, buy the best lacuni you can afford. Cheapest ones are less than a million so no excuse here unless you just hit 60.
If you want cheap you can forget about keeping the same stats you have now. If you're losing defensive stats and can no longer survive act 3, give up some dps elsewhere so you can survive again, it will be worth it. If it's just a DPS loss then so be it, you'll still farm faster. In the end your goal is to minimize how many stats you lose to get the movement speed. But you will lose stats and you'll be (or should be) happy in the end no matter what because movement speed is that good.
Inna's is very expensive even without any strength because it's great for monks, so forget about it. Tyrael's is good but IMO for every price under 100 million you will lose less stats by going for the lacuni. The ring just doesn't seem attractive at all for the prices it goes for.
Thanks guys, I was persuaded to buy a Lucuni ... and as someone recently posted when getting a 12% movement speed upgrade, "like man, I run twice as fast!" ---

Thanks, and sorry again for being redundant.
