If you are in a group with a healer Monk, LPFS is pointless IMO, and you'd get more DPS from rolling LPFS to %Damage

to see whether rolling +Damage or %Damage is better. There is a spreadsheet by Quin69 too.
14xx vitality is quite a bit to give up on, but depends on if you want to push solo or group, IMO.
I'm using HOTA for group play so this most likely for solo. Thanks for the spreadsheet that's awesome to have now!
