Hi... I'm trying to play on the USEast server, but I can't connect. I'll click it a few times, either nothing will happen or a message saying I can't connect to B.Net will appear. Sometimes when I click it it will randomly freeze and I have to start over. I can play on USWest perfectly, but not on USEast. Does anybody know what the problem might be?
Which will reset the server listing in your registry.
If none of these work, you can do what I did, (because mine was a temporary ip ban), unplug your router/modem for about 5 minutes, and then plug it back in. Check your external ip address: http://whatsmyip.org/
It should be different than before, Then try to log in again.
If all else fails, you can contact Tech Support via the 'Blizzard Tech Support', or 'Open Tech Support' channels on USWest.
Good Luck!

There are 3 steps, a Telnet Connection, Tracert, and NSLookup. These can help you identify the problem. If you still cant fix it, you can try:
