If you're looking at farming higher torments, get a Ring of Royal Grandeur ASAP, get a nicely rolled Aughilds shoulder+bracer, toss on another piece of Vyrs if you wish to use Archon, if not, then swap out one of your Tals for something better, like a Andariels if you roll one properly, a String of Ears would help out your mitigation even more. You also seem to be favoring too heavily into Vitality instead of mitigation stats like All Res ( although i'm sure its just luck, but you need a good balance of armor/res/vit, don't just dump it all into Vit ). I'd also look into trying to get something like Ice Climbers or Illusory boots so you don't have to always run Teleport in instance where you need the skill slot for something else.
After that its simply just about getting better rolls, some of your better pieces seem a bit unlucky on what they rolled. If you get a nice defensive pair of boots with no move speed, i'd just toss them on and dump your paragon points into move speed and be done with it. I'd maybe reroll the IAS on your wep to something else that would make you hit harder but not a big deal either.
That is of course assuming you want to stay with an FO build, there are some superior options at the moment but quite a few of them will probably get fine tuned.
@ Madviking: Wizard's don't stack all resist at all (pun indeed intended). The amount aquired from just base intellect (going to be +900 in this guy's case) is more than enough (along with being a given on shoulders, as they should be rolled int/vit/all ress/life% for max potential).
In general, I agree with alot of what MadViking is saying, although you should consider figuring out if 20% cold dmg on neck or 10% crit will actually be the bigger improvement to your dps. It's going to be extremely close in any case (366% crit dmg 10% more often vs 20% base dmg), but your thunderfury+tal rasha procs + your arcane power builder are all affected by crit, while being totally unaffected by cold damage. I'd personally go with 10% crit, but that's just me, I guess.
Note that you don't need storm armor. Your thunderfury proc will make tal rasha's fire lightning meteors just the same. Energy armor-pinpoint is probably still a great choise (5% more crit).
In the end, I'd say do what MadViking says - get the grandeour, get aughilds shoulder+bracers, drop the tal rasha helmet, get cains feet+helm (8% IAS, 50% exp, 50% magicfind) and then decide between 20% cold/10% crit on neck.
wizard get more toughness from vit hp% and armor cause we have lots of all resist from 9000 int or so (depend on gear)
for thunderfury keep attack speed cus damage % doesnt work atm
depend if u need the damage or not you can sacrifice 250 int for 25% run speed (imo its worth it since you gain more thougness by rolling armor on boots)
for solo play get another unity and give it to your follower, you now take 50% less damage allowing you to focus more on dps.
for group play+utilizing awesome set pieces the grandour ring is the best
3set tal+2 set cain+2set ashera is what i recommend (cain give nice magic find and exp, ashera give nice resist all and life%

Aughilds is a far better choise than Asheara's, just FYI. 100 all resist + 20% life vs 7% melee+ranged dmg reduc (AKA, -7% damage flat out) and 15% elite dmg reduc / 15% elite dmg is just miles better. 100 All resist at the levels a wiz is at will barely see you getting 1% dmg reduc, and life% is useless if you've already got +400K hp (which OP seems to be around). You just won't regen HP fast enough to make a bigger HP pool matter. Not to mention Aughilds actually adding to your clearing speed due to elite dmg (it's half a SoJ :D).

Anything else I need?
I have Firebird shoulder, I'm missing the boots.
I don't know what to get after that.
I want some advice.
