Here's a very unique PvP build I came up with that (if used correctly) could totally dominate the arena. This build focuses on 3 pro aspects: Snares,Physical Damage, and Survivability.
I would get crimson on spirit walk if i were to nuke in pvp
The purpose of Spirit Walk in this build is defense....not offense. PvP in general across all games require a balance of both. This build was designed to be overwhelming in both.
What makes this build balanced is the fact that you can consistently do fairly high damage while maintaining resources (both hp and mana). If I were replace the Alabaster rune in SW for a Crimson, then this build lose the "panic button" functionality. The current intention for SW is to be used as a charge "out" of battle skill, rather than charge "in".
1 Haunt and SB are great because they will 100% hit the target and does considerable dmg or have the smallest mana cost with the passive skill.
2 With four dogs life link, 2% life reg, passive dmg reduction and SW-healing journey you have super good survivability. So I call it "Roach" Build.
3 Zombie dogs will chase your opponent, if they attack back they will be surrounded by explodsive dogs. 800% physical dmg is not low and most of your dogs can be resurrected.
cons:
Dont have slow skills to chase fleeing targets, need ally who can slow the target.
*cough* stole my Spirit Barrage + Golden Rune combo *cough* ...lol
I really think the Resentful Spirit - Haunt idea is overrated. 525 arcane dmg (@ rank 7) over 3 seconds isn't all that amazing, especially when you consider the high probability of your opponent having max resists (hence the "Z-Tower" build). It wouldn't be so bad if Haunt could be cast on the same target multiple times (spammed), but sadly, it can't.
I see the appeal of zombie tower because of the high damage % in physical damage, but I agree with a lot of the people in this thread when they say that it will practically be very difficult to use. Zombie tower also has knockback on it, so even if your target is slowed it might be difficult to spam it and successfully hit every time. The tower also takes a while to fall - definitely enough time for someone to leap/teleport/vault away, skills that I am not sure are affected by reduced movement speed.
If you're just looking for something with physical damage, I agree that spirit barrage is your best bet. If you can connect it twice with a target, you've already done as much if not a little more damage than zombie tower, and it also costs less. Other options are corpse spiders with an alabaster rune and plague of toads with the giant toad rune (although I'm not sure if/how this skill would work in PvP).

Haunt will never miss the target while WOZ will never hit the target. Which one will you choose?
If target really has high resists to elements like monk, you still have SB and explodsive dogs to do great dmg.

Zombie Tower: http://us.battle.net...cgUb!aYh!bacaaY
Here's how it works:
Tell me what you think!! *smileyface*
.....*sigh* hence the reason for Haunt (-50% reduction in speed)...*duh*. The way it works is simple: Snare then Nuke.
Get it?
Here's a video to showcase Z-Tower. Take notice of how long the tower takes to "fall over".

[EDIT] err...now that I watch it, I realize that I didn't do a good job at showing how spamable it is. (Too lazy to upload another)
