Legendary Gems
Kanai's Cube
Introduction
This is the setup that I will be primarily using in Season 13 to speedfarm Torment 13 Nephalem Rifts with. This build is able to cover distance incredibly quickly while consistently spraying the entire screen with Multishots and worrying very little, if at all, about resources. In its most ultimate forms, you'll have multiple Shrines working in your favor while basically one-shotting every enemy before you!
Why I Use What I Use & Gearing Options
In my testing (see the video below), I simulated being decently geared by removing all of my Paragon from Dexterity. I still had good pieces with augments on them, so it landed me with around 12,000 Dexterity and I also still benefited from some high level gems. The point is to showcase that even before you get to a higher Paragon level or have amazing gear, you can still destroy T13 rifts incredibly quickly.
I choose to wear either the Gloves of Worship (an Act 2 bounty cache Legendary) or Pride's Fall (an Act 3 bounty cache Legendary) based on which one I find a good version of first and then I put the other in Kanai's Cube. You may consider Cubing something else though, like Warzechian Armguards or Goldwrap if you wanted to wear a different belt. Speaking of belts, if you don't want the defensive synergy of the Goldbelt with Avarice Band and Boon of the Hoarder, you can try a Krelm's Buff Belt for additional movement speed or a Witching Hour if you find your damage lacking.
In the jewelry slots, I use a Hellfire Amulet since you have so many great passives as a Demon Hunter, but you can use any amulet with good damage stats until you make a good Hellfire. For passives, I would go for the four I equipped above and also Hot Pursuit. You shouldn't be dying, so Awareness isn't necessary (although if you're Hardcore, you might want it as a backup). Once you do enough damage, you don't need Focus and Restraint, which allows you to drop your generator and pick up another utility skill for more movement speed (Shadow Power - Shadow Glide). I would cube the Ring of Royal Grandeur so that you can wear one of the Legendary items mentioned above and then wear a Stone of Jordan with Cold % and an Avarice Band (an Act 3 bounty cache Legendary).
Put Flawless Royal Emeralds in your chest, pants, and weapon and a Flawless Royal Diamond in your helm.
Everything else, including CDR requirements and ideal affixes, should be self-explanatory or further explained in the video below! Good luck in Season 13!
