This is the Zmonk I like to use. You get bleed from Ulianas 2pc and additive 15% damage from Exploding Palm. I prefer this since don't like sacrificing cool down or attack speed for bleed. With out saying you need to get health globe bonus on every piece you can shoulders, amulet, chest, both rings and boots. The more globes the higher the heals will be with every attack you preform, then i like to have as much attack speed to make use of the heals. The more attack speed you have, you will be able to keep your flying dragon at 100% up-time. Make sure you have enough cool down to keep an overlap on inner sanctuary and epiphany. On hellfire you should take Chant or Unity.

So you want to stay with your WD and cyclone monsters out of his way to one side while moving from setup locations. Then drop inner sanctuary as soon as possible for WD to start his rotation. Heals are mostly from primary attack not cyclones, so you only cyclone to pull in the monsters and keep them grouped or to help the barb pull into your WD on sanc. If there are alot of effects on the group use your manta to help heal your WD and keep them alive, that is your only mission!
