THIS BUILD WILL BE UPDATED AS NEEDED

~GEAR & STAT OVERVIEW~

For this build you want at least 40% CDR and 40% RCR on your character details sheet. This includes using the Beacon of Ytar passive (CDR), a Topaz in your helm (RCR) and maxed paragon points in CDR and RCR. You need the CDR to reduce the cooldown of Blinding Flash so you never run out of spirit (The Laws of Seph), and Epiphany for defensive and mobility purposes (Desert Shroud). RCR acts essentially like CDR when paired with Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac. The more RCR you have the more LTK’s you can cast per your spirit pool, thus reducing the cooldowns of Blinding Flash and Epiphany. Make sure you only cast Epiphany again when it’s about to expire so that your Obsidian Ring will reduce the cooldown of Blinding Flash more regularly.

*This build also uses the passive Harmony, so you want secondary resistance on every piece possible!

~GEAR & STAT PRIORITIES~

Helm: Gyana Na Kashu

This is an absolute must for this build. This helm increases your LTK dmg by up to 100% and also launches a fire ball every time you cast LTK; it deals up to 1400% dmg, this is actually significant. Use a Topaz in your helm for RCR!

Shoulders: Lefebvre’s Soliloquy

These shoulders pair with Cyclone Strike to reduce your damage taken by up to 50%. Idealy your shoulders would have RCR, CDR, Area Damage on them but this is extremely hard to find. Find one with at least 2 of these stats on it, then adjust your other gear to compensate for the third missing property.

Amulet: Hellfire Amulet

Hellfire amulet will provide you with an additional Offensive or Defensive passive, your choice. Other than the 4 passives I’ve listed, you could go with Determination, Near Death Experience, Guardians Path or Sixth Sense. Stats on this: (CHD, Fire%, Dex) > (CHD, CHC, Dex) but you want trifecta (CHD, Fire%, CHC).

Chest: Cindercoat

The 30% RCR on fire skills is an absolute must. Other than that you want 3 sockets, Dex, Vit and Secondary Resist.

Wrist: Nemesis Bracers

It’s important to have Nemesis for this build to spawn and kill yellow elite packs at shrines/pylons. This will help you proc In-geom and help increase the speed of your runs. If you don’t’ have Nemesis bracers, you can use Strongarm Bracers instead.

Gloves: Magefist

These are required. The 20% fire dmg is big. You’re looking for “quadfecta” gloves, some combination of CHC, CHD, RCR, CDR, Area Damage. These are extremely hard to find so use some combination of these stats and adjust your other gear to compensate for the missing ones.

Waits: The Witching Hour

The AS and CHD on this belt are a huge dmg increase. If you are having survivability issues, use String of Ears. If you are missing cooldown on your gear you can also use Vigilante Belt.

Legs: Swamp Land Waders

These are very rare and usually only drop for a Witch Doctor. They will almost always roll with Intellect on them. Find a pair and reforge them in the Cube until you get an Ancient pair with Fire Damage. Then reroll Int to Dex. If you don’t have these and ancient pants will work in the interim.

Boots: Rivera Dancers

These are also required. The affix is a huge increase to your LTK dmg. Make sure you also have LTK skill damage rolled on the boots.

Rings: Wailing Host / Litany of the Undaunted

This build uses the Legacy of Nightmare bonus from these rings so they are required. Cube Obsidian Ring. You some combination of CHC, RCR, CDR, CHD, AD on your rings, preferably 2 “trifecta” rings. Adjust your other gear to compensate the stats you are missing on these.

Weapon1: In-Geom

This is required for speed and mobility. In rifts you want In-Geom up 100% of the time so there is no cooldown on Dashing Strike and very little cooldown on Blinding Flash and Epiphany. Dash from one pack to the next, only stopping for HUGE white mob density. You want some combination of RCR, CDR and AD on your weapons. One of your weapons should have Life on Hit for survivability.

Weapon2: Scarbringer

This is also required. It provides a huge buff to LTK dmg. You want some combination of RCR, CDR and AD on your weapons. One of your weapons should have Life on Hit for survivability.

~KANAI’S CUBE~

Flying Dragon

This provide a HUGE dmg increase by doubling your attack speed. This also work well with Obsidian Ring because the faster you cast LTK the faster your cooldown on Blinding Flash is reduced. If you feel you don’t need the AS increase, you can use Crystal Fist or Rabid Strike.

The Laws of Seph

This is your only source of spirit regeneration and is therefore required.

Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac

This is also 100% required. You need it to reduce the cooldown of Blinding Flash/Epiphany.

~LEGENDARY GEMS~

Bane of the Trapped

This gem provides a HUGE dmg increase and proc’s itself at lvl 25.

Gogok of Swiftness

This is necessary to increase your CDR. It also provides a nice dodge defensive.

Bane of the Powerful

Also a nice dmg increase. It also provides an increase to dmg to elites and reduce your dmg taken from them. If you are struggling to live you could also use Esoteric Alteration. This could also be swapped for Boon of the Hoarder if you want to pair it with Gold Wrap belt.

Build Guide

~BUILD OVERVIEW~

This build is intended to be used for Speed T13 rifts and Bounties. You can also use it for Speed GRs 1-60+ if you’re looking to do them in under 2 minutes to level up Augment Gems quickly.

This build provides you with impressive mobility and surprising dmg when optimized. While in a Rift, dash from elite pack to elite pack to keep In-Geom up 100% of the time. Only stop for HUGE white density. Because you are elite pack hunting, this build is also good to farm DBs with.

~SKILL OVERVIEW~

Lashing Tail Kick: Vulture Claw Kick

This is one and only dmg ability. You need the fire rune so that you can use Cindercoat for the RCR and Magefist for the Fire% dmg.

Epihany: Desert Shroud

Epiphany provides mobility when Dashing Strike is on cooldown. Desert Shroud provides you with 50% dmg reduction. If you don’t need it, you can go with the Insight rune for more spirit regen.

Dashing Strike: Radiance

Radiance is used to increase your AS and thus your dmg. If you are struggling to survive, use Blinding Speed for the dodge chance. I actually usually use Blinding Speed most of the time because I have enough AS/dmg without Radiance.

Cyclone Strike: Implosion

You need to the increased range of Cyclone Strike to increase your speed and efficiency while rifting or doing bounties.

Blinding Flash: Faith in the Light

Blinding Flash paired with The Laws of Seph is your only spirit regeneration. Faith in the Light increases your dmg greatly. Blinding Flash is also used in combination with the Relentless Assault passive to increase your dmg even further. If you are having spirit issues you can change this rune to Replenishing Light.

Mantra of Salvation: Agility

I use this Mantra of Salvation for the increase All Res but primarily for the increased dodge chance from Agility. This is the best defensive Mantra/Rune combination in the game. If don’t have survival issues, you can change this to Mantra of Conviction: Overawe for more dmg.

~PASSIVES OVERVIEW~

Seize the Initiative

This provides you with a huge AS buff, and is always up because you are constantly moving and attacking new monsters that are above 75% health.

Relentless Assault

This is a huge dmg increase to all the enemies you blind, which is like everything because Blinding Flash is always up. It’s also nice for RGs.

Harmony

Best defensive passive in the game. Make sure your gear has secondary resist on it.

Beacon of Ytar

You need this for the CDR. Make sure on your sheet details you have at least 40% CDR and 40% RCR.

Options:

With the 5th passive from Hellfire you can also use, Near Death Experience, Determination, The Guardian’s Path or Sixth Sense.
