- Missing swampland attunement. With the top 4 passive any of the five passives on the hell fire will work.

- Weapon - There are a few options but all the combo's will require the barber in cube or equipped. Voo's equipped and barber in cube it optimal.

- I like to have health globe bonus in as many places as possible its a lot of extra healing from the barb generating globes. Physical res is also a very good option.
