Ring of Royal Grandeur

This build revolves around Thorns and being all tank. You need Thorns on every item and every item on this list can have Thorns so get it where you can. This 6 piece bonus give you 50% more Thorns when you hit with Punish or when you block so block chance and attack speed are very important. Prioritize Strength, Vitality, Thorns, Attack Speed, Cool down Reduction, All resist and Block Chance listed. As long as you have enough to Spam Provoke and Iron Skin, you will be very tanky and can clear Torrent 13 without it being a complete set. Also have all Diamonds put in each socket besides your rings and Amulet to get a lot more durability for higher rifts.

Heart of Iron gives you Thorns based on 300% of your Vitality, so dump as much points in Vitality as you can but get 25% movement speed from points as well if you don't have extra movement speed from boots. Attack speed and cool dwon reduction to spam abilities and get Thorn increases faster, Any tank stat will do and life on hit and Area Damage since the other 2 are useless to you.
