Build Guide
Never stop strafing.
This build is all about not stopping.
Vengeance with seethe up will allow you enough hatred to never stop strafing. While hitting enemies you can burn off the cooldown of vengeance faster then it wears off because of ORoZ. Your hellfire amulet should have awareness as a backup or one of the other listed passives. I mastered the set dungeon with this build on the first try without knowing any of the conditions. The Hellcat Waistguard belt provides spike damage consistently. The only abilities meant to be on cooldown are vengeance and rain. The companion is for passive only.
Vengeance provides immunity to freeze and jailer. The only other thing that can slow you down is stun, knockback or waller. I suggest you can deal with the knockback and stun with Krelm's if you want to give up nemesis. Getting a potion of Kulle aid can make the waller a non-issue as well.
After playing the recent lazystorm build I am intrigued with the possibility of pain enhancer working the same with this build to push higher. Will be testing as soon as I have the time. Edit tested and confirmed with minor changes for 2.6.1 power is substantial.

Any suggested stat priorities on items?
Not that you are going to respond considering how old this thread is and that you never responded to your one comment, but cull the weak seems like a pretty pointless passive considering you have absolutely nothing in your set up that slows or chills enemies. This build is pure strafe and fire damage....you'd be better off taking Blood Vengeance for the extra Hatred and hatred and discipline heal from health globes, which would only ensure that you stay strafing for even longer, considering that you have ferrets that will grab health globes for you as well. It also makes Bane of the Trapped useless as well. Again you aren't using or wearing or doing anything that CC's mobs...you're killing them fast and efficiently but not CCing them. I'd replace BoT with something else. So, yea that's my two cents. Otherwise, very solid build. Much better than what I had going on.
Not that you’ll read this as your post is from almost a year ago, and that you didn’t read the full build, because the Bane of the Trapped gem, at 25, gives a slow aura that will trigger cull the weak. While it could be used better elsewhere instead of only doing increased up close, it’s usually beneficial to know what you’re talking about before you start a post condescendingly..
