!!! T13-ONLY build. !!!
Gives up much of its toughness in favor of damage and takes a near-perfect set of items to really exploit it. A near-perfect set of items gives the build speed (everything is 1-hit K.O.'d and Spirit Walk it always available), not only in the form of movement speed but in the form of mob clearing. Wormwood makes sure you always have -25% incoming damage and an always-live RoE and enables you to spend more time moving around than casting Locusts.
Useful steps:
1. Cast Piranhado to target group mobs
2. Infect with Haunt
3. If far away, get close with Spirit Walk
4. Cast Horrify
5. When Spirit Walk expires, cast Soul Harvest

great build by you thx dude
why Area dmg is not very impotent in your build
Speed farming without Nemesis and in-geom/Manajuma's set? How did that work out when you moving around like a turtle?
One hit kill elite doesn't make you magically run faster. You will be left behind in public match, period.
What you have here is a PUSHING build. You have zero movement speed item/skill other than spirit walk. You entire build is only buffing toughness and damage ignoring all movement related skill. How is that consider a speed run build? Have you even take a look at other people speed running build? Do you even understand what speed running mean? What I would do is replace that Havester with in-geom. You lose 5 stack of damage/armor/dr but you get infinity spam of Havester and spirit walk when in-geom is up. I would replace that Vile Hive with Henri, you should not need the 25% dmg reduction when you can killed everything within 3 sec of CC from Henri. I would even replace Locust with zombie dog leech/Fiercer Loyalty for even more movement speed if paragon/augments permitted. You should only jumping from elite to elite, at most you are facing 5 enemies at a time, you shouldn't need the rune to help spread Locust Swarm. The unrunned version work just fine.
