Convention of Elements

5th Passive for Hellfire Amulett can be another damage increasing passive like "Steady Aim" or "Archery". Or just swap one of the active passive skills for them.

You can use any other amulett, just make sure to get at least a good CHC and CHD stat plus a socket for the gem. With hellfire it will be just easier.

Wraps of Clarity can be also switched for any other good rolled item, the damage reduce isn't necessary for what we plan. You won't take any hit if everything goes well.

Make sure you have the secondary stat max discipline (+12) on Armor, Weapon and Quiver, it's essential for your damage!

Helmet: Diamond

Armor: Diamond or Emerald (you should reach around 1k all ress, if u have it go for Dex)

Gems should be around level 70

Augments: I did it with 2x lvl 60 and 1x lvl 50

So you dont need anything more than the normal season journey requirements, should be no problem with 3x lvl 50 upgrades, too.

You'll need around 37% CDR for 100% uptime on Venegance ( I did it with only ~33% -> Diamond in helmet, 8% shoulders, 8% quiver, Cooldown will land at Belials "getting big" phase)

Build Guide

Hello People,

for all of you who struggle with the quest for the season journey, i'll publish my build from my solo run yesterday (para 660).

After i had some decent damage problems i tried to maximize it and here you can see the result. You may recognize that it's the standard UE build with slight changes.

Ok, you have the items, the build, but how to beat belial in only 45s ? Here we go:

Preparation:

(Can be done with any build and gear setup)

Teleport to the Town of Caldeum and clean the area before Belial, then use your Townportal (!) to go back to town.
Look for an Attack speed shrine and clear the area around it. Don't use your Townportal to swith between areas, otherwise the prepared portal to belial will be gone.

Go Forrest, GO (lets get real):

Be aware that you read the following content BEFORE you go on, otherwise you will fail. Dont forget to hit Spacebar a handful times to skip the talk between the different phases of the boss fight.

Now switch to the build and item setup mentioned in this guide if u used your normal DH build up to now.
Equip Nemesis bracers (favored) or choose it in cube (will lose some sec in town to switch back to Magefist after number 3)
Take the shrine and eliminate all spawned mobs for activating your "Bane of the Powerful" gem.
Open the Map and teleport back to town by clicking on it.
While teleporting equip your regular wrists.
In town (switch cube back to Magefist, then) go through the prepared portal to belial
WAIT TO ENTER until your "Convention of Elements" rotates to "Physical damage bonus"
You spawn in the middle of the room, stay there activate all buffs and kill everything with Multishot.
On 2nd Phase (small Belial) go to the side and fast kill him with Multishot.
If everything goes right and you are "in time" Belial will be big on ur Fire rotation of CoE. Stay close to the gate at south west corner of the map for max distance to belial.
Give him Marked for Death, activate wolf and finish him.
Congratulation - You did it!

Maybe you'll need a trial run. It's essential to sync phase 3 with your CoE, so if u see a slight difference try to start the bossfight a bit earlier or later, the rotation is: Lightning, Physical, Ice, Fire, each with a 5 sec duration

Don't forget to trigger Focus+Restraint ring buff with using of Evasive fire between the waves in phase 1 and right before belial can be attacked in phase 3.

I would add a Video, but I'm not experienced in creating one. Additional to that, i have the quest done and so no real prove of managing it in time.
