This build works very well against Elite enemies, and any stats not explicitly mentioned ought to be aimed towards them. There are some items that I could not select, and are possibly exclusive to the console version, such as the spines of seething hatred, and the power from the death watch mantle. If you have these items, I would suggest their use.

The build tends to have a rather weak defense, which can be made up for with proper paragon allocation. By increasing hatred and reducing cool downs, one is able to use fan of knives to and impale to eliminate nearby enemies to escape if need be, or use vault to the same end.

Build Guide

This is an Elite Hunting build that I find to be rather exceptional. One can enter and exit close quarters combat rather quickly using Vault to make full use of Fan of Knives, and then take out minions or survivors with Impale from a distance. The use of Bolas and Chakram can help take out large groups of enemies (especially considering the damage over time bonus that the Gem of Efficacious Toxin offers), though I would suggest always being on the move. The defense of this build can be rather low (which is why I use both the Xephirian Amulet and the Countess Julia's Cameo power), so being agile and having a high life-per-hit is imperative. Maybe not the best overall build, but one that is certainly a lot of fun to use.
