Fill your weapons with Topazes.

Fill the rest of your gear with Diamonds.

Heart of Iron in Kanai's Cube is also a good replacement.

Changing for speedfarming (all ancient of course, if not, stick with anything that is ancient, as this will boost your damage MUCH more than any gear bonus):

Change Pride of Cassius to Goldwrap.

Change St. Archews Gage to Gloves of Worship.

For Gems, use Boon of the Hoarder, Bane of the Powerful and Wreath of Lightning.

Eye of Etlich gives more survivability than a Hellfire Amulet would, but if you go with a Hellfire Amulet:

Nerves of Steel for survivability.

Ruthless or Brawler for extra damage.

Core: Cap movement speed to 25% (including boots), then put everything in Strength.

Offense: Max Cooldown Reduction first, then Attack Speed to get more Thorns off.

Defense: Max resist all, then either Life or Armor.

Utility: You might be tempted to go for resource cost reduction first, but overall maxing area damage first is more beneficial.
