This build is probably going to dominate the solo leaderboards in 2.4.2, generators buffed from 300% to 1250% on 6pc raiment. GR99 was cleared on PTR before and after FoF nerf, so it's still powerful.

You can no longer snapshot FoF dot, instead it stacks up to 15 times with no ias scaling.

I'm going to go over the details a little bit, I find 52% cdr to be the sweet spot, though top players used only 47-8%, but you might want 52% for better uptime on breath of heaven and epiphany, the best thing is to try it for yourself and see what you like, but 47-8% is indeed minimum.

With FD up and all the IAS stacked you reach the last breakpoint which is 7 5 and 9 frames, you need 6-7% AS on belt and 3% from enchantress (follower) 5% AS on belt might be enough though, I can't remember and too lazy to calculate atm.

If you have well rolled unity or compass with chc + avg dmg / area dmg / cdr, it's a good choice because you should already have 550-600 crit dmg, and you might need to put an important stat instead, I don't find area dmg to be priority but I have 94% all in all, other players prefer over 100% but it depends on lucky gear. LOH is important in big density and you'd want it on both weapons, which is my reason I couldn't stack more AD, 10% cdr on 1 weapon is a perfect choice to meet up with required cdr. Aim for spirit rolls as secondary on weapons, and 50 from para points.

I recommend to use epiphany on elite packs only as you get not only dmg reduction, but crowd control immune also.
