Build Guide
Hello Guys!
As far as i found out, this build was invented by chinese players long time ago, but it hasn't become popular for some unknown reason. Everyone was still obsessed with LON bombs.
Akkhan was buffed on PTR and build became a little stronger as well!
100+ is no exaggeration, in fact it is already very strong, and with silly gear, high augments and paragon there is player who cleared 103 with it:

UPDATE 09/09/2016: GR99 was cleared in EU (rank6)!
Also my GR80 clear here with Rank 395 US LUL :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvJRrL5FmzI
I refined and filled this build with options for you to try!
GENERAL TIPS:
The build is very density dependent (much more than 6pc Invoker)!
1) Always fight in density
2) Avoid fighting lonely elite/blues. Lure them into the packs of trash.
3) Try to maintain at least 50% cdr and AS MUCH ATTACK SPEED as possible. The faster you attack, the faster you apply thorns damage/area damage through HACK and 2pc Invoker.
4) Since in density you will reset cooldowns fast with Akarat's Awakening, it is possible to sacrifice even more CDR for attack speed/all res/Area_damage.
5) RGs without adds will take more time to kill.
6) Arcane/Frozen is bad as usual. Also skip Shielding.
7) Area Damage is very strong in this build. So i suggest sacrificing some CDR for AOE on weapon, and CDR/AS/AOE gloves would be great too, as well as AOE shoulders wtih CDR.
SKILL OPTIONS:
1) Laws of Valor - Invincible instead of Decaying Strength. Good recovery and high attack speed boost, but mobs will hit like trucks. If you have crazy high paragon, and you are tanking damage fine with very high base armor, this is very VERY good option for recovery. In the highest GRs all you will need is recovery and as much Life on Hit as possible. Invincible also boosts your attack speed by up to 23% when empowered. It's a crazy DPS boost.
2) Provoke - Too Scared to Run instead of Cleanse. More CCing of mobs, but less recovery in huge packs. Better be used along with Invincible.
3) Provoke - Hit Me. Good rune if you want to cap your Block Chance and damage reduction.
4) Draw and Quarter instead of Endurance. Some more density generated. Recommended
5) Bed of Nails instead of Provoke if you will use Akarath's Awakening + Pig Sticker/Hack and cube Blood Brother. This will compensate some damage loss from the Spiker/Provoke.
Thank you!

Does area dmg works with hack? I thought it didn't apply on item related dmg.
Woah woah woah. This build isn't good buddy. Console builds cannot be used as an indication of seasons.
It cleared 101 on console because console players have never had their paragon levels reset, and there were a whole bunch of hacks and exploits available. The video you linked is someone with a paragon level over 2400. Lets do some math here, at paragon 800 every level you gain afterwards is +5 mainstat, so at 2400 a person would have a bonus 8000 mainstat. You can use literally any build at that level and do well.
When we're talking seasons, players who have no life outside of Diablo 3 will maybe be 1200 by midseason, while the average player will be between 400-800. This build isn't gonna do jack for anyone in that range.
The console clear is legit first of all.
Secondly - "any build" won't let you clear 100 with Crusader. Even at p2500.
And as for Paragons: https://diablorank.com/paragon/season6/softcore/region_30/page_1
there were 2000-2500+ mid season. Almost 3k end of season.
Cleared grift 75 seaons 7 with this build, or i have changed maybe 1-2 abilitys.
Some more optimesing of gear and some more paragon i can take higher.
The problem was the dmg, i can survive easy and i have to learn to aim for big packs and ignore some elites that are alone.
This build focus alot on big packs and alot of mobs to be avaible to clear high grifts fast
Wasn't counting on gearing for this, but I kept finding thorns gear for Akkhans so I thought why not
stats when I cleared GR75:
about 700 paragons, 50 cdr, 46 AS, 80 AD, 1000 res, 230k thorns, 75 block chance (maybe more), 800k life, 95m toughness, and 29% melee dmg reduction from string of ears
Hi!
Unfortunately no, you can't chain-kill elites every 10 seconds
1) not really worth it, the damage output is not crazy
2) Finary gives toughness as well as it increases strength and armor. But indestructible can save you life, so this is indeed a better choice
3) You have 5 akkhan pieces and 2 invoker pieces.
