This support witch doctor build is used in higher Greater Rifts for speeds to farm paragon and push leader-boards. It works best in following setup:

Skill usage:
HEX when ready
Locust every 8 seconds but should also be applied by wormwood
Piranhado every 8 seconds
Mass confusion when ready
Big bad voodoo make sure it's always placed under the damage dealers (usually a Wizard)
Haunt, try to apply the buff on as many mobs as possible, especially yellow elite packs and blue packs

For some very high greater rifts, I would use the damage reduction rune on Big Bad Vodoo instead of Slam Dance. It still provides 20% damage increase but heals the party and reduces the incoming damage greatly.
5th passive?
Should there be another ring here? RORG for the 4pc Helltooth bonus. Or some other thing like oculus ring?

But doesn't Bad Medicine make the damage amp from haunt last longer anyhow? (never mind was creeping death I was thinking about)
Thanks for the build and all the work you do! I was wondering how this compares to the Wall of Death / Iceblink / Thunderfury set up you have listed on your season 6 guide over at d3planner.
So, support is still viable for high GRs? I am struggling a bit getting my gear straight for the Helltooth Garg build and thought i might could just do support to be able to GR with my friends higher up.
Also, if anyone is willing to maybe lend me some help straightening up my gear please let me know. I would love some help lining things up.
