Build Guide
In my opinion/experience this build is the fastest, most consistent, and smoothest playing DH build for Torment Rifts, although it is quite demanding on the gear and progression level.
Note: I always keep my diablo fans guides updated and current. I will make adjustments to the guide whenever there is a shift in meta! So be sure to check back from time to time and don't forget to up-vote the guide! please and thanks!
alternatives;
if you have hatred issues, you can use the cindercoat over the beckon sail and the tenclip over the calamity, this will allow you to run fire strafe rune rocket storm while keeping max movement speed and benifit from the resource cost reduction from cindercoat on both of your hatred spenders. (on hardcore this will require you pickup awareness!)
because the build is meant for solo t10, lately in average 4 player groups I have been using harrington's waistguard for the extra damage on clickables
if you need more movement speed you can use krelms belt
if you need more damage you can use cull the weak over hot pursuit.
when I am using gloves of worship and get an empowered shrine I usually swap focused mind for shadow glide or shuriken cloud
power leveling gem setup (GR 45-60)
for fast gem ups you can use this build with great effect up to about GR 60 with very few changes;
swap gloves of worship to magefist
consider using cull the weak over hot pursuit.
consider using wraps of clarity and a generator for the toughness boost over preparation focused mind.
consider dropping wreath of lightning for bane of the trapped

When building a LoN setup, do you have any particular way to get more ancient items, or just farm gamble and reforge all day long?
I'm going to assume you can roll damage off the off-hand ow?
Wouldn't one of the strafe hand crossbows boost more than Calamity's MfD effect?
no, again, because there are so many different sources of damage the 20% to all gives more value than 100% to strafe, the pain enhancer melts the trash and the fok blows up the elites, strafe is just there as a complementary ability to proc the gems and shoulders
