Ring of Royal Grandeur
The most important goal with this build is to have Raekor's 6 set bonus and Immortal King's 4 set bonus wich can be achived by simply cubing Ring of Royal Grandeur.
It does not matter wich set peices you use as long as you get these 2 set bonuses.
Since Ancient Spear with the Boulder Toss rune will be the main damage for this build you wont need Cooldown Reduction on any of your items. The Ancient Spear will reset all your skills for you so you can have 100% up time on all your skills.
Accessories:
Hellfire Amulet Passive: You could aim for Rampage, Animosity, Relentless, Tough as Nails or Bloodthirst. You could also keep any Amulet that has any of your own active passives and just pick whatever passive you feel that you need to improve your effectiveness.
Secondary options for Amulets:
Poison and Arcane affixes in that order will be your worst possible counter but you could use Mara's Amulet or Countess Amulet to totally ignore these affixes.
Focus/Restraint: The goal is to have Str + CHC + CHD but you could also add Area Damage %.
Secondary options for Rings:
In higher Grifts you can change Focus/Restraint to Band of Might and Unity with a Templar follower. With this combo you will have 50% dmg reduced from Call of Ancients, 50% dmg reduced with Unity Templar AND 60% dmg reduced from Band of Might wich gives a total of 160% dmg reduction with a 100% up time. I completed Grift 76 with this build in 12-13 minutes and never had any danger of dying.
Gear:
Immortal Kings Waist: Life per fury spent can be changed if you feel that survivability isn't a problem.
Immortal King Weapon: The elemental dmg on top of attributes on this wont matter much but i would recommend to have the stats that i mentioned above. It's OK thou to have Area Damage % or Life per Fury spent instead of Vitality if you happen to find one of those.

Build Guide
Season 5 Raekor/Immortal charge build relied mainly on Charge to do damage, with THIS build Charge is your resource generator and Boulder Toss is your main damage.
Every time you use Furious Charge you generate resource and a Charge stack is given, these Furious charge stacks can be gathered all the way up to maximum of 100 stacks.
Raekor 6'th set bonus gives 750% damage for every charge stack that you gather up to a maximum of 100 stacks, but when Boulder Toss is used it spends 5 stacks at the time but deals 5 x 750% damage. Wrath of the Berserker and Skulvar's Salvation buffs excluded.
Overall weird build compared to the S5 Charge build but a beast at clearing large packs with elites and rift bosses.
"With this combo you will have 50% dmg reduced from Call of Ancients, 50%
dmg reduced with Unity Templar AND 60% dmg reduced from Band of Might
wich gives a total of 160% dmg reduction"
Please fix your math.
