You want 5 pieces of Raekor, 3 pieces of IK. Doesn't matter which pieces. Mara's amulet recommended for surviving highest Greater Rifts. Can wear Skular's Salvation and put Ancient Parthans in cube, but this is not preferred.
Get secondary resist wherever you can.
Gems: Diamonds in helm, pants, chest.

So its basically same build as in 2.4, no changes at all?
I started using the build too, this one is my second opinion, (as in the second build I've looked at for this) I was using too much IK and not enough Raekor but was close as hell to 70.... Just too much focus on normal mobs and no DPS for boss/elites. This looks more my thing- before I tuned my leapquake to focus on its strengths I tuned it to manage 70bill crits with boulder toss.... But again had to tune it back to play more to the quakes strengths. Im stuck at 65 with quake.
With Raekor/IK I can almost manage 67 and survive in 70 but not finish in time. This renewed focus on MASSIVE explosive DPS from boulder looks to be the ticket! How high did you get???
Skulars...
Increase the damage of Ancient Spear - Boulder Toss by 100%. When your Boulder Toss hits 5 or fewer enemies, the damage is increased by 120–150%.
APD
Each stunned enemy within 25 yards reduces your damage taken by 9–12%.
So in the cube you'd get the max 150% bonus to Skulars,but if it rolls crappy, then cube your APDs, but after cubing Skulars and you have a cappy APD, which the minimum 9% isn't all that bad, you can always reforge it in the cube till it rolls at least 10%.
So at least your dealing massive damage to make up for the not so high APDs, but even at only 9%, it's still not all bad.
