The idea behind this build is to get as high block chance as possible so you can benefit from the damage mitigation covens criterion provides.I am currently running with 42% block chance and i do not experience any problems surviving in GR above 100.

As in hellfire passive you can either have spirit vessel for higher rifts or you can get grave injustice when doing speeds to lower the CD on vodoo/MC faster.
