Switch wreath of lightning to stricken for higher GR but with upcoming change in 2.4.1 I think WoL might see some play.

Build Guide

This is a build for those who like to become the Lighting Revenant, killing enemies with lightning strikes.
Your main spell is Arcane torrent - static discharge. Herbrash's Binding makes it like a free to cast spell, thus you can have Aqulia Cuirass damage reduction 100% of the time. Etched Sigil makes your arcane torrent also casting Blackhole - supermassive, grouping enemies in 20 yards into a single point and after that Meteor - thunder crashfalling every second to finish the job.

The Lighting Revenant strikes his enemies at mid range distance for maximum damage and give him just enough space to react to any danger. Utilizing the Bane of the trapped gem makes every enemies in 15 yard from The Lightning Revenant to be slowed and take significant increase damage. Supported by his Storm armor - Shocking Aspect, Magic Weapon - Electrify, Wreath of lightning and Schaefer's Hammer makes enemies nearby to suffer even more damage from various source of lightning strikes.
Combining his passive skill : Paralysis and Ancient Parthan Defender translate the numerous lightning strikes every second into a massive defensive boost
