Main Point is the valla's bequest and k'mar tanclip, that gives u the main fire power as they both have 100% increase on your strafe.

Basically you strafe through, rain of vengeance to boost dmg, smoke screen to keep the elusive ring active.

Leoric Crown is mainly for cooldown reduction to make sure vengeance is always on. That way you get the 50% dmg reduction all the time.

If you got enough cooldown reduction, can use st.archew's gage in cube, frostburn on body to get more cold dmg

For amulet, flavor of time is good as it got the cooldown reduction to keep vengeance up, and movement speed to keep yourself safe. Can use eye of elitch for more dmg reduction if your resistance is a bit low.

Hellfire amulet is basically a filler, 5th passive can be awareness or perfectionist for more protection.

As for the belt, I recommended to use belts with protections as you already have sufficient fire power to go through the rift. String of Ears is sometimes better than Zoey's Secret cuz you already have esoteric alteration for non melee dmg reduction. But Zoey's Secret gets u more protection when encountering elites and rift guardians with arcane sentries and other elemental dmg.

If you think you are already tough enough you might wanna go Crashing Rain or Witching Hour for more dmg.

If you are in sticky situation, use smoke screen and strafe in a further position, find a open space really helps.

Shouldn't have problem on rift guardians. Tough one u can get in the one which blocks an area so that you can't leave, but shouldn't be much a problem as u have enough movement speed to dodge all the skills easily.
