I couldn't select legs and feet: Use lvl 23 Cain's set at thse spots instead of the lvl 70 I selected!
The build is designed for 4 player speed experience runs at Grift 60-65.
Team:
Double Cain's Pull Barb
Heal/Exp Monk
2 DPS (2* HOTA Barb or HOTA Barb & Uliana/Sunwunko EP Monk)
In this build you support the team with maximum EXP bonus and do crowd control in addition to give dmg buffs. Therefore you add the lvl 23 Cain's Set to your gear. Best is to use the lvl 23 Cain's set at legs & feet and lvl 70 Cain's set at hands & head. Strength/vitality at hands & head can be non ancient 750 and at legs & feet only 500. So you loose less thoughness when you use the lvl 23 Cain's set at legs & feet.
Legs: Cain's Robes - lvl 23 Cain's set from blacksmith - Diamonds as Gems
Feet: Cain's Sandals - lvl 23 Cain's set from blacksmith
Ring: Try to get a Leorics ring with 30% bonus experience
Wrists: Use strongarms to buff the group dmg at Speed Grift 65 - Nemesis I would only recommend for Grift 60-63 as you get most progress from blue elite and trash on higher speed runs.
Head: Ruby in head for additional experience.
Torso: 3 Diamonds as Gems
Weapon: Gem of ease & Amethyst
Legendary Gems:
If you have a good heal monk in the team you need no defensive gems and can give full dmg support to the team in order to clear the grift faster.
Iceblink: Both cold skills (WW and Rend) are now causing chilled effects and enemies got slowed down - proc of dmg dealer gems
Gem of Toxin: Additional dmg boost to the group
Gogok: Additional 15% cooldown as it proccs awesome with Ancient Spear
Kanai's Cube:
Alternative Weapon could be Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker

Add enough points at movement speed to a combined movement speed of 25% (Items & Paragon).
Offense:
Cooldown Reduction will help you use your skills more often.
Build Guide
Cooldown Reduction: You need enough Cooldown Reduction on items to use Ignore Pain permanent. Therefore you need almost max cooldown reduction on all items possible.
Use Ancient Spear to pull mobs to the heal monk and use whirlewind to drag them closer together. The effect of the essence of johan will support you with pulling them together (don't worry if it sometimes procs far away where your spear hits).
