Bane of the Trapped - One of the best DPS gems available, scales insanely well.
Bane of the Powerful - Flat 20% DPS increase and an additional 15% against elites. With the extremely fast movement from Dash, this will have 100% uptime.
Zei's Stone of Vengeance - Because Wave of Lights hit's almost the entire screen, the further away monsters are away from you, the move damage you deal.
If you're lacking CDR, Gogok of Swiftness is a good alternative.

Pretty staple choices for Paragon points. Always have max movement speed, take into consideration if you have movement speed on boots.
Build Guide
Basic idea of the build is to dash between elite packs, ignoring trash mainly and only killing them whilst targeting Elites.
In-Geom gives unlimited dash's once the buff's up, dash between elite packs and shrines. Use Nemesis bracers to spawn elites from the shrine. I Numlock down Blinding Flash and just forget about it for the spirit regen.
I've been using this for the past couple of days for 90-120 minutes and currently sitting at 2,500 Death's Breaths whilst farming on T8.
