GR 61 and Climbing:

Hey all thanks for checking out my Del-Rasha build Ive used this build in PTR 2.3 to clear GR 61+. I have spent a lot of time fine tuning this
build and I feel this is the most effective Del-Rasha combo in 2.3. It is a lot of fun and super powerful! However, this is not the best build
for T6 or less and takes a good deal of practice, but I think youll find it very rewarding.

First off, this is an Aether Walker based build. Similar to the straight Tal Rasha - Aether Walker build of 2.2. The difference, as you'll see is the massive amounts of increased power this build now does in PTR 2.3.

This is a pretty straight forward Del Rasha build for GR 60+.

You must use Kanai's Cube with The Furnace; Ring of Royal Grandeur, and; Crown of the Primus.

You have a lot of leeway when it comes to the pieces you want to use of Tal Rasha's 6 piece set and the Delsere's Magnum Opus 4 piece set, especially w the # of piece items is reduced by 1 w RORG.

This build is a balance of Power; Survivability, and; excellent Resource Management.

Though anyone will find this build very powerful and very survivable, you gain these two at the cost of RCR. You will almost entirely rely upon your Primary (Magic Missle - Glacial Spike) to drop Slow Time constantly. Between firing your primary enough to pop bubbles, while TP'ing between enemies within your bubbles, and firing Meteor - Meteor Storm, and dropping more bubbles, this build is far too intensive for anyone who doesnt wanna press their abilities.

Finally, Elemental Damage is crucial. Your TR Power Bonus, and your Elemental Exposure require u to be dropping all 4 elements at all times. The skills I have listed are 3 of the 4 elements, with the missing element being Lightning. This is just my preference. I prefer Lightning skills the least out of the options I have. Therefore, due to the DMO set, you need to add that missing element to your Bracers ( +20% Lightning Damage). Then your Slow Time adopts that missing element.

Build Guide

The best way to use this build requires fast reflexes and, knowledge of maps and surroundings. This is not the builds you can jam a button or two in any particular order and still be successful. This requires lots of practice.

The name of the game is bubbles. Drop Slow Time bubbles as often as possible. Not only do your bubbles slow your enemies, they also reduce your damage. reduce life of enemies in the bubbles and, increase your damage output. But the very best part of the bubbles is that DMO made your bubbles one of your highest damage dealers.

While in your bubbles, you need to make sure you are close to groups of enemies, who are slowed so significantly, you can still use the Teleport - Calamity w Ancient Parthans in order to regain lost life. While TPing in a bubble, you will also need to fire your magic missiles at nearby enemies to continue dropping bubbles on nearby enemies.

You create bubbles that lightly overlap over enemies in the direction they will be traveling. Its crucial you focus your time and energy only on groups greater than 10...or even 15...anything less is a loser for sure GR 60+. Make sure you control your enemies by laying Slow Time in a way that it covers the path of your enemies. Once you have a decent amount of bubbles down, spend more time cycling Meteor Shower into your attacks and teleports. This is a significant single target damage doer on your elites and RGs.

You can lay a lot of bubbles and meteors on thinning groups and head to greater density. As the monsters follow you, they will eventually die in the bubbles. Super density is the best for this build.

Overall, you are moving constantly, and this makes resource management a real issue. However, with Magic Weapon - Conduit, your bubbles recover a lot of your missing Arcane Power very quickly. In a dense enemy area, you will never drop too low on resources as long as you are spamming bubbles and meteors. APOC is nice, but not really enough in itself to keep Meteor - Meteor Shower or Teleport - Calamity available all the time.

The best advice with this build is not to rush too much when you are TP'ing in bubbles, and when carefully laying bubbles, meteors, and TPs. There is a lot happening at once, but dont get overwhelmed. As I keep saying to myself when getting unmercifully mobbed on, "Trust in the Bubble." Your enemies movements and attacks are slowed more drastically than you can appreciate at first. These bubbles make this Aether Walker based build possible again now that CC is nerfed so hard. Just remember, you can still recover life when TP'ing enemies. They still can take CC just less of it less often.

I will post a video soon. Thanks for reading and have fun.
