Build Guide
Stat Priority:
Vit > CDR > RCR > Armor = All Resist
Stack as much CDR as possible, aim for 65-75%. If a piece can have CDR, roll it. x<15s Epiphany = 100% uptime.
Play Style:
Pop Epiphany off CD, DS into enemy group, CS to pull enemies in/keep grouped, BF to blind for additional CC/restore spirit, MA if extremely low on spirit.
