Build Guide
I touch upon the details this build and the following topics in this guide:
Gear, Gems, Abilities/Passives, Paragon, Gameplay
For more of Xygor's guides/videos:
Basics:
-Requires the 6 piece Roland's set, a Golden Flense, and a Denial Shield.
-An Ancient Golden Flense is necessary to push 54+ or so with this build. You can handle early 50 rifts without.
-The build relies on the 2 piece Roland's set to continually sweep attack groups of mobs quickly, while stunning them and benefiting from Ancient Parthan Defenders for mitigation.
-Steed Charge/Draw and Quarter is imperative for dragging mobs/positioning them so you do the best possible group damage. This build benefits greatly from large groups of enemies.
-The best Rift Guardians to deal with are those that spawn adds so you can capitalize on the damage increase.
-The worst affixes to deal with are Reflects Damage, Electrified, and Fire Chains.
Itemization:
-For belts, you can choose between Thundergod's Vigor and Witching Hour. I prefer Thundergod's Vigor for the extra all resist roll on top of the Lightning Resist secondary.
-Other than Damage %, the best stat on Golden Flense is Life on Hit/Life per Wrath Spent.
-Unity is basically required for very high rifts (50+). For lower rifts you can drop some survival, Stone of Jordan makes a great alternate.
-If you need more survival, stack some Diamonds in your chest/legs. The balance/distribution of Diamonds/Rubies is very important, and may take some testing to see what works best for you.
-Hellfire Amulet with any of the passives listed or Holy Cause/Vigilant is very good. If you cannot obtain one, Mara's and Xephirian make great alternatives.
Gameplay Tips:
-Make sure to keep Taeguk stacks up. This builds them quickly, but if they drop at high greater rifts it can cost you.
-Avoid getting trapped in the middle of mobs. You can really lose a lot of life if you don't position yourself well. Positioning is everything with this build. Clearing mobs efficiently and avoiding damage depend on it.
-Do single hits and pivot around mobs to avoid attacks when necessary. Some affixes that hurt melee will be tough to deal with unless you are nimble.
-Try to time your Shield Glares so that you interrupt enemy attacks (this works great on Rift Guardians). Also, time the Convention Elements Lightning element so that you shield glare prior to dishing out huge damage.
Edits:
6/8 - Modified belt information.
6/1 - Changed Shield Glare to Condemn, Long Arm of the Law to Holy Cause. Added info on rerolling Golden Flense.

"Vig-er" — not "Vee-Gore"....I'm sorry, that word just bugs me.
Really looking forward to trying this build out though. Upvoted.
