Gear Variations:

4p innas + Crudest boots + 3p Borns

or (if you remove Leoric's crown)

4p Innas + Crudest Boots + 3p Captain Crimson

Always try to have 4p Innas and Crudest boots. This frees up many spots. If you like you can mix 2p Raiment for added attack speed or Borns/captains for CDR and Life. Or even Aughild's on Shoulder and Chest.

This build focuses around 4p Innas. There can be some variations in other pieces of gear to maximize toughness and recovery.

2p Innas: Increase the passive effect of your Mystic ally and the base passive effect of your Mantra by 100%

4p Innas: Gain the base effect of all four Mantra at all times.

These two set passives buff each other. Meaning you will have all four Mantras and double the effect. That means 40% increased resistances, 20% increased damage to enemies in 30 yards, 202% damage as holy to attackers, and 21,456 LPS increased by 30% of your LPS.

With Crudest boots and 2p Innas you gain 4x the passive effect. Meaning 80% life or 42,912 LPS increased by 30% of your LPS.

What I've noticed is when using MWG gem and Enduring ally the 30% double dips. So you can easily get +350k LPS, more if you have LPS on your gear.

Currently with my gear I have 64% CDR I can keep Epiphany up 100% and spam Inner Sanctuary, when using the new Zodiac ring.

Core: Cap movement speed to 25%, then rest in Vit.

Offense: Cooldown will help with Inner Sanctuary and Epiphany up keep. Attack speed will help build spirit and CC mobs.

Defense: This may depend on current gear, but Resist > %Life > %Armor > Life regen tends to be the best order.

Utility: Life on hit for obvious reasons, RCR for Cyclone Strike and EP.

Build Guide

Crippling Wave: Tsunami is the best rune for this skill. Breaking wave is an option for 10% damage buff, but I'd say only if you have a tiki doc and don't need the freeze from Tsunami. It will also allow you to proc Sledge fist and Eun-Jang-do more often.

Cyclone strike: Implosion has the largest radius, with it we can pull in the most mobs and group them up for the DPS. Wall of Wind is an option but the radius is much lower, though the freeze is nice. However, if you are using Tsunami then you don't need the freeze.

Inner Sanctuary: Pretty straight forward, 55% damage reduction, 30% increased damage, 80% reduced movement speed.

Epiphany: Desert shroud offers 50% damage reduction plus 20 Spirit per second. Very good option to stay alive and spam CS and EP.

Exploding palm: 20% damage increase on target. This is best used on RG and Elites. This is also a good move to lower the cooldown of Epiphany and Inner Sanctuary and it is 10 less spirit.

Mystic Ally: This is why we are using Crudest boots. I would recommend Earth ally as the passive with 2p Inna would give us 80% increased life. With this I can face tank any Elite and RG, even in GR60+. Though if you think you have enough life you can use Enduring ally and gain a massive boost to LPS.

Skill Variation: With Inna's 4p we get all Mantras, but not the runes. Also the runes DON'T get buffed 100% from 2p Innas.

Blinding flash is a decent control option.

Passive Variation:

Unity for 5% damage to each team mate.

Guardian's path can be good for 35% dodge.
