Just messing around with 2.2 stuff. I have NOT tested any of this. I am not a fantastic builder, just want to attempt to have fun with a non-cookie cutter build of my own design.

Tall Man's Finger is actually Little Man's Finger in next patch.

Theory is based completely around abusing Ring of the Zodiac to reduce cooldowns dramatically and to use the new affix for Homunculus to summon tons of dogs for constant sacrificing. We also want to be able to summon Wrathful Protectors using LMF and have a constant up time on them, so our little mini mes wreak havok everywhere, all the time.

We aren't using WD set items so that we can use TandT and MoJ to empower our pets.

This build was going to use the zombie dog Final Gift rune to drop health globes consistently with all the sacrificing we'd be doing, then using the passive ability to stack bonus INT, however Final Gift has been completely eliminated so it ruined that part of the build.

Originally we had zombie chargers with the Undeath rune, so that they kind of fit the sacrificing theme, but I felt adding a single poison ability may not be as effective as a giant, rotting tower that did 800% damage and was physical. However, when I can finally make the build I will definitely try some fun with undying zombies first.

Corpse spiders are only here as filler that don't have cool downs and to slow shit up. They can be replaced, there's probably something better but haven't really looked yet. We don't want cooldowns or we can't abuse our Ring.

Speaking of the ring, we use Spirit Barrage for mana efficiency to proc the ring, getting hopefully half our mana spent back on each cast. Perhaps there is something more efficient, I'm just shooting from the hip. Haunt was considered, but not sure it's really good as a spammable ability.

We want tons of Physical damage for our zombie dogs and their sacrificing, maybe some CDR, and tons of crit stats of course, as well as the traditional attack speed bonuses for our pets.

For a weapon, I'm unsure of what to use. Anessazi Edge is selected as a temporary filler, but since I haven't been able to test on the PTR, I'm unsure if the dogs that Homu spawn will activate the weapon's special stun. Would be fantastic if it did.

If you don't have good CDR stats on gear, focus with paragon, otherwise let the ring and your passives get you easy cooldowns and focus evenly with AS, CHC, and CHD. Area DMG as first utility should make for a great a AOE build, LOH with zombie dogs should be good ... low on life, just let a couple zombie dogs hit for a few seconds then start sacrificing again.
