Damage you deal is increased by 4% for every 10 yards between you and the enemy hit. Maximum 20% increase at 50 yards.
-Spines of Seething Hatred is the core item (which is apparently not included in Offhand list).

-Chakram damage on boots, helm & Quiver -Regarding Gogok of Swiftness legendary gem; at maximum stack it adds 15% AS increase to your existing sheet AS. To be able to hit the last BP for sentries (temporarily as long as you keep the stacks up) you will need a 1H xbow with 7% AS (1.71 weapon AS), 15%AS from paragon points, a decent T&T and 50+AS from gear, as an example, my DH has a Helltrapper with 1.68 weapon AS, 15% paragon AS, a 42% bonus from T&T, and 45% AS from gear, which adds up to 4.1748 with 15 stacks from gem, which is hardly above the last BP.
P.S.;I'm not going to suggest to opt for BP6 or a bow, in case you don't have enough AS, since damage from this build behaves like the target is melting with small but fast and many hits, rather than taking chunks with slower but bigger hits. Because if you compromise AS it will loose its edge and meaning due to nature of how chakrams work.

Build Guide
-This build has great potential to pull consistently good damage, but demanding intense effort to keep dps bonusses up, hence requiring you to maintain max distance and marking & constanty shooting at a target to keep swiftness gem stacks up on every possible occasion.
The idea is to melt down the targets with several damage buff resources (Caltrops/Bait the Trap, Marked for Death, Haunt of Vaxo amulet, Zei's Stone) and an overwhelming amount and speed of chakrams (especially when all sentries and full stacks from gem are up). Since your only direct damage ability is chakram, you need to play it "ranged" . You have clatrops and polar station turrets to slow and kite mobs, so you better use them!
-Zei's Stone of Vengeance's level 25 afflix will proc the Haunt of Vaxo.
-The video belongs to an earlier version of the build, using Cluster Arrows as a complementary skill. As soon as I capture a decent run with current version I will update it as well.
Thanks for your concern but this build is outdated. Nightstalker was a completely different passive by then, which used to supply discipline from crits. It has been revamped into its current state thanks to SS abusers.. the sentry breakpoints and everything in regards are also obsolete..

Night Stalker does not work with Chakram- Spines of Seething Hatred. It specifically says "primary skills". Chakram is a secondary skill.
Thanks for your concern but this build is outdated. Nightstalker was a completely different passive by then, which used to supply discipline from crits. It has been revamped into its current state thanks to SS abusers.. the sentry breakpoints and everything in regards are also obsolete..
