Utilizing the Sunwuko set again with a pair of Hexing pants you can effectively maintain a permanently Tempest Rush, only to release it for the explosion. Inna's just creates a good overall base for survivability, however switching a few skills around, as discussed in the video, can give you a great overall feel as well. Taeguk and Bane of the Trapped gems are pretty much a necessity to be able to gain increased damage as a base skill and as an effect on the enemies. Inna's & the Crudest Boots allow you to have proper Spirit regeneration as well. Running a 2H allows for an adequate depletion rate so you don't run out of Spirit, thus it's always good to find a way to utilize this build to have some, else you start sacrificing in other areas that may cost you damage overall.

Max movement speed with your gear and then the rest can go into Dex as nothing else is really needed. Cooldown reduction will allow you to keep Mystic Ally giving you Spirit and also allows for Epiphany to come around quicker to reduce damage and help spirit regen. Crit Damage is always important. Attack speed isn't necessarily a top priority due to the needed ability to maintain spirit, however if you have enough spirit regeneration and balance then you can certainly give it a shot.
Build Guide
This Monk uses the Sunwuko set and Tempest Rush to create a very fast and efficient Torment 6 farming build and can go pretty high into Greater Rifts as well. A few skills could be changed out(covered in video) to create some intense damage, but for greater rifts and survivability this build will get you going for both T6 and GRift content. Skills such as Exploding Palm can help amplify the damage to create very large explosions and help down elites even quicker, however in Torment 6 you can just run Tempest Rush permanently due to proper Spirit management with this build without the need for other Spirit supplements that may require changing of gear or stats.
Why sometimes when I start to use the skill it consumes spirit of fastest way?
For example, my bar down the spirit of 1 mm per second, and sometimes I think that happens a bug and she falls much faster, a 10mm or 15mm per second. Why? How to fix?
