After you stop channeling Tempest Rush, you cause an icy blast to all enemies within 15 yards. The damage of the explosion increases by 90% weapon damage as Cold while channeling.

Tempest Rush's damage turns into Cold.
Dashing Strike Barrage

Quickly dash up to 50 yards, striking enemies along the way for 370% weapon damage as Physical.

You gain a charge every 8 seconds and can have up to 2 charges stored at a time.
Barrage

The last enemy you dash through is obliterated with a barrage of strikes, taking an additional 975% weapon damage as Physical over 2 seconds.

Key items in this build is 4 set sunwuko bonus and Hexing pants. By using Furnace and cold SOJ you will gain alot of elite damage. Hexing pants gives you 25% spirit generation and damage. Without hexing pants you will have hard time keeping up your spirit.

If yolu using the legendary gem "Boon of the hoarder" instead of Bane of Powerful you can go with GoldWrap Belt and change your passive from Fleet Footed and Harmony to Determination and Relentless Assault. Because you will gain movement speed by picking up gold and the same time get insane amount defence by Goldwrap.

You favor movement speed and spirit cost reduction and cooldown reduction. Most important thing is not to put any point in attack speed. The more attack you have the faster you will burn your spirit while channeling Tempest Rush.

Build Guide

This build is about buffing your Tempest Rush Flurry stacked damage. You buff it with 4 set bonus of sunwuko and hexing pants and elite damage from Furnace and Stone of Jordan (cold version). You keep your spirit up by rotating between Epiphany - insight and Mystic Ally - Air Ally. The 25% increased Spirit regen from Hexing pants greatly improve the spirit regen form Epiphany. When your epiphany goes off you have to spend all your spirit before popping air ally. Then rotate back to Epiphany. You need at least 50% Cooldown Recduction for this rotation to work.

You need around 10 stack of Tempest Rush to kill packs and around 35-40 stack to kill Rift Guardian.
