Build Guide

Wanted to use Sweep because I really don't like the auto character displacement of Shield Bash.

Playstyle: The idea is to get your Roland attack speed up quickly. Using a 1h and IAS gear you will get this relatively quickly. Start a fight by dumping your Wrath globe for 5 Sweeps supplementing with Punish if you get low. Hold left click (punish) toward enemies (shift attack or target something in the middle) and press Right click periodically to dump Wrath and keep Roland buff maxed. This has the added effect of bouncing some enemies essentially CC'ing them. While Law is active you will be able to Sweep much more but you'll still be Punishing more than Sweeping. Movement and kiting are important - use the 'pull' effect of Sweep to position your enemies appropriately. When only easy or low hp mobs are left try to max our your Wrath bubble before moving on to the next group.

Pros: Rift Guardians hate you for your sustained DPS. Awesome attack speed. Great mobility reminds me of Vanilla D3 before IAS got nerfed super hard. Really fun to watch the Wrath globe zoom up and down and is kind of fun to manage. Sweep pull is great for moving mobs around and the high attack speed CC's similar to Condemn Vacuum. IAS helps you get your stacks up faster.

Cons: Limited CC on mobs that can't be pulled. Shield Glare is nice and the charm rune really helps. Zealous Glare is not as good as with other builds because Punish already generates well and hits hard. There are no Shields that directly benefit this build but Akarat's is good for getting your AC and whatnot back since your Punish is adding block chance. Also you have no range - melee keeps you in the danger zones. There is no weaopn that "defines" this build like FotF and Baleful, but I'm open to suggestions and for now you can just grab a holy damage weap.

Tips: for added survivability switch to Laws of Justice/Hope, Akarat's Chamion - Prophet. Feel free to replace Indestructible on softcore. Might be worth using Towering Shield or Righteousness to adjust the ratio of Punish to Sweep damage to your liking.
Testing: I don't have Angel belt or RORG yet so I can't use my Depth Diggers. I'm able to comfortably run ~GR21 on HC without fear of proccing indestructible or using Prophet. Above 21 I haven't attempted as I'm still grinding caches but I shouldn't be a problem with the defensive adjustments I suggested.
