The missing cube item in the jewelry slot is Rabid Strike! For non-seasonal/outside of Season 20, you can substitute that for Flavor of Time/Squirt's Necklace based on which one you're wearing.
Items
The items noted above are best-in-slot, but most aren't absolutely necessary. You can run random/generic Ancient items in most slots until you come across Ancients of the right items. There are still some choices you can make though and I talk over some of those scenarios below.
Shoulders: You can use any Ancient shoulders you want with good stats. The Skeleton King Pauldrons are just nice for their chance to give you a cheat death, but not necessary at all. They can also be a pain to farm since they are a bounty-only Legendary item from Act 1 caches.
Gloves: The Gloves of Worship are amazing for long sessions of keyfarming, since you can carry over Shrine effects from rift to rift. Some players may even choose to start their farming sessions with a trip to the Not the Cow Level via a Bovine Bardiche transmuted in the Cube and grab the five guaranteed Shrines in there. These gloves are farmed from Act 2 Bounty Caches and are relatively easy to get. You can go with Magefist as a pure DPS option or any other random Ancient glove until you get a good pair of Gloves of Worship.
Bracers: Nemesis Bracers and Pinto's Pride are interchangeable, so wear the best one you have and Cube the other. Likely, you'll find better Nemesis Bracers faster since Pinto's Pride has a range on its Legendary power.
Pants: Swampland Waders can be tough to get (they are a Witch Doctor item, but can drop on other classes as non-smart loot) and itemize properly, but you really only want them for the Fire Elemental damage boost. As long as you can get that and they're Ancient, you don't need to care too much about the other stats. You can also go with any other Ancient pants as well. Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan can be a particularly nice choice if you feel like playing around the detriment and keep moving.
Boots: Since we use Mystic Ally - Air Ally primarily as a continued source of Spirit Regeneration, the best-in-slot boot choice is The Crudest Boots to double that effect. If you aren't having any issues with Spirit management, you can swap to Fire Ally for more damage or go with a more generic Ancient boot choice.
Jewelry: Only the Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac is truly mandatory, as you'll need that to make sure you keep 100% uptime on Epiphany. It will also help you on bad Rifts when you don't have an In-Geom proc but want to reset your Dashing Strike cooldown faster to keep moving forward. Avarice Band is incredibly useful, as its Legendary power will help you scoop up more gold and the progression orbs that Elites drop, the former of which will keep you completely topped off on damage reduction in combination with Goldwrap and the latter allowing you to more efficiently clear your Rifts. For the amulet slot, a Squirt's Necklace is ideal, as you'll rarely drop the buff when combined with Molten Wildebeest Gizzard once you have it leveled to at least Rank 25 plus the defense you get from gold with Goldwrap. If you don't like that amulet or playstyle, you can always go with a Flavor of Time (hopefully you find a well-rolled one) and swap the Legendary gem to Bane of the Powerful.
Sockets: Flawless Royal Diamonds in helm, chest, and pants and Flawless Royal Emerald in weapons. You can swap the Diamonds to Emeralds in your Chest and Pants if you don't want to be overly cautious about your defense.

Hey Leviathan,
I really like your content and your DH videos is what got me watching your YouTbube channel. I got really bored this season of DH because I wasnt finding any ancient/primals so I started a monk for the first time. I tried most of the sets and settled on PoJ. I wasnt able to build the Sunwuko WoL or TR because I found them squishy. But I did manage a very fast PoJ/Sage setup for T16 rifts and a LoD TR build that was super tanky for GRs. I'll give your LoD WoL build a try because it looks a lot stronger than the Sunwuko variants that I've tried!
If you have some PoJ pieces, may you can look the Diablofans build I put up for my non-CDR / non-Epiphany based PoJ setup for T16. Its non-hardcore, but I like it because it doesnt rely on CDR for toughness from Desert Shroud. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I'll give your build a try and let you know how it works!

Follow-up:
Just tried your build out and finally I can appreciate WoL on the Monk!! Thank you! I had a few suboptimal pieces and missing 3-4 ancient items but it steam rolled T16. Mechanics are way better than the Sunwuko WoL builds I've tried. Luckily as a DH main, I had found a lot of DEX pieces for LoD already so making the build was relatively easy. I made a few tweaks, let me know what your thoughts are:
For CDR requirements, i was able to drop ORTZ and replace it with Messerschmidt's Reaver in the cube. I also put 3 weapons in the cube (Messerschmidt's, Kyshiro, Incense Torch) which was more than adequate for taking care of the cooldown for Epiphany Desert Shroud. In the 2nd weapon slot, I used Rabid Strike instead of Kyshiro which amped up the damage like crazy, proccing Reaver so much I dropped ORTZ and was doing fine. if I had an ancient Fire SoJ, it would put this over the top. Im still missing ancient Swamp Land Waders, Crudest Boots, Pinto's Pride, Squirt's and Avarice Band too. But I also rolled Area Damage on all weapons which really just absolutely cleared the screen after I started using Rabid Strike. Unfortunately, I lost Nemesis but the build was so powerful, it wasnt really even a huge deal. Might be better for hardcore anyways without Nemesis too.
Let me know your thoughts!
